Network and Business Development

The core purpose of a Chamber of Commerce is as a business network to further the interests of business. Through our network programing, we provide connections to other members, connections to local governments, and connections to community so that business owners can forge relationships, increase customers and prospects, and gain a strong business network for business success.

Representation of Business Interests

We work for YOU! We have positive business relationships with local and county governments and taxing districts and provide a safe, neutral environment to hear your interests and determine the right steps for representation. We are also engaged in regular conversations with local entities such as the Greater Rifle Improvement Team (GRIT), the Garfield County Economic Development Partners, the Rifle Region Economic Development Corporation (RREDC), Associated Governments of Northern Colorado (AGNC), and other regional Chambers of Commerce.

Community Knowledge and Connection to Our Members

We live, work, and play in the Colorado River Valley! What we may not know, we’ll find out. Because of this, our sense of community filters throughout our interests and direction, and provides a solid connection for our members to our communities.

The networking and volunteer opportunities have expanded my business reach beyond what I could have accomplished on my own. I love how Your Chamber gives us busy owners an outlet to evolve and stay in touch without taking over our lives. This was the best investment I made when starting my business.”

  • “My involvement with the Your Chamber has been very beneficial both personally and regarding my business.  We get to meet new people and establish relationships that via normal channels would not be available to us.  Due to our involvement with the Chamber people can now put a face to the name U.S. Boiler & Plumbing Co. Inc.  Through these relationships, we now have input from other small businesses that help us avoid pit falls and give us positive insight for adjustments in the business world.  Being a chamber member give us a business edge that our competitors don’t realize, the recommendations and referrals keep coming.  We also use our Chamber involvement to mentor other small business partners so that they can be successful as well.  All in all, Your Chamber is a great venue to boost our business involvement and image within our community.”

    Rick Shaffer
Owner, US Boiler & Plumbing Co.
  • “Being a member of the Rifle Chamber helps connect our organization to the community and creates a venue for interaction, networking and marketing. As a growing business, it’s vital to keep our pulse on what’s going on in the community in terms of emerging trends and demographics. The chamber helps to connect the dots.”
