City Parks

It is our mission at the Rifle Parks and Recreation Department “To put forth the highest level of parks, programs, facilities and services necessary to establish Rifle as the premier recreational community on the Western Slope.” To achieve this vision, Rifle residents voted to have a one-cent sales tax dedicated to parks & recreation in 2005. Rifle Parks and Recreation staff continues work to implement this initiative and provide quality facilities and programming to our community.
